I want to try out the QBJ3 maps via the Ironwall source port. When I place Ironwall into the rerelease folder it still uses old quality sound effects and not the rerelease ones. I’m assuming placing Ironwall into the rerelease folder will make it use that engine.
Is there anyway to have it utilize the rerelease engine updated audio as well?

Hi All. I’m not familiar with the current state of Quake modding – been out of the loop since forever – and would like to know, whether there’s anyway to get the Quake Brutalist Jam III running with Quake Remastered, Steam ver? I know the QBJ3 devs were pretty specific that Ironwail is recommended, but since I currently only use the Steam Deck for PC/Steam gaming, guess it’d be easier to mod QR. Ya know, this game is all but dead. So why are we being so stingy with the goodies. Way back when, it started with Battlepass. More recently was the change of calculation for the season levels. Just now I opened some backpack and chest and whatnots, and I didn’t even get the goodies. I personally don’t care that much, but I play with my kids on the weekends and they love the goodies. I play casually with my kids and used to get to level 20 – 28. Last season I got to maybe 7 I think. WTF are we doing?

It’s a dying Relm
Davoth likely did create it
It may have been his first attempt to create immortality for Jekkad but it failed so he abandoned it and created Maykrs and sorta forgot about it
Due to Hell being alive and thier relm dying they went into Hell
Things from the Cosmic Relm still exist like tentacules meaning the alliance is still there
