Now, with 5 episodes, 29 enemies, 4 bosses, 5 weapons, and 39 player upgrades, you can accompany Lucy, our street samurai, in her (quite violent) search for lost memories.

RELEASE DATE ANNOUNCEMENT
Thanks to all of you for so patiently waiting for the next news about Darkenstein 3D. The demo has been doing the rounds, and since its release, much has improved. The game is now finished, and it is ready to launch.
The game will be available FOR FREE, no tricks, on
*October the 12th*
for all of you to go into it and start your nazi killing campaign!
A NEW PATH
But there is more good news, the PC version of the game will be published by the legendary Microprose.
What does this mean for the game? The game will get better!
We are now looking at a longer-lived game, with more content to come. DLCs will *not* be bite-sized and we will *not* nickel and dime you.
A first, smaller, expansion will be released so that you can, if you want, support the dev (me! hah), since the game is free.
After that, I’ll keep building longer story expansions, with (hopefully) a few more people joining the project. These DLCs will carry the story of the Hobo Guy and Gunther into new chapters for you to experience.
I am truly looking forward to all of you getting your hands on the final game, and I thank everyone again who has been waiting for such a long time.

Prepare for the slaughter – INCISION is part of Brutal Indies Unleashed 2025, the ultimate showcase of the most violent, unapologetically brutal indie games out there.
But that’s not all. SmoothBrainDev is cooking up a major update for INCISION, with features like:
Huge 50% damage buff to Omenstrike Railgun with a smaller ammo capacity. The weapon was always intended to be the heavy enemy killer after all.
Crosshair styles and colors, including hitmarkers for better clarity.
Death pits won’t result to instant death anymore. Instead they cut 50% of player’s current HP and cannot result in death even at 1 HP.
Readjustments to enemy projectile speed and damage to avoid making early game enemies feel too OP, especially the Sycophants and their new melee attack.
Fixes to music issues in E1M3 and E1M4
Softlock fixes

We’re currently in the playtesting phase of a number of isses for Project Warlock II – adjusting controller navigation in the Player info panel, issues with crossbow reloading after upgrades, manbear’s headbutt sending player out of the game’s bounds and numerous other issues. We will be launching patch addressing those and other in the coming week while at the same time tackling various issues regarding game performance.

It’s not long now. Not long until you have a chance to witness roughly 1/27th of Project Warlock: Lost Chapters. A stand game that’s been cooking in the background with the efforts of new Buckshot team members, while the development of Project Warlock II was happening full steam.
The upcoming Project Warlock: Lost Chapters demo is a short preview of one of the brand new chapters of the game. This one playing to the tune of pirate synth tracks and sounds of thunderous grapeshots, and filled to the brim with the subtle smell of gunpowder laced grog, screeches of kamikaze parrots, and heavy hand held cannons firing at creatures dr Frankenstein would be fond of.
Project Warlock: Lost Chapters is a stand alone Project Warlock adventure that evolved over time. It’s featuring Warlock who journeys to conquer evils in three brand new, gloriously pixellated and comfortingly brutal chapters. Chapters featuring locales spanning from the rotting jungles of Vietnam, to space where a lot of things hear you scream to seas where shanties drown in the screams of abominations fused with their cannons in an unhloy marriage of flesh and steel.

Hi there, since I completed the game I cannot perform executions on any of the leader enemies. I have tried restarting my game multiple times but nothing seems to work.
Also, my minimap does not appear in the menu, instead it just give me weapon options and music. This also doesn’t resolve on restart.
Anyone have any ideas how to resolve this? I play on Xbox Series X if that makes any difference

Imagine Doom guy arriving in a world and trades a marauder’s armor for another sentinel battery or ammo with this guy. I mean, i kinda like this idea. All he has to do is collect the weapons, equipment and other stuff left from the battles and resell them.

I got The Dark Ages early, but I’m recording all my gameplay, so I only play when I can record (usually late at night once the kids are in bed), and then a bunch of life happened, so I’ve only just now gotten to the Ancestral Forge.
Is it just me, or does the game feel didferent to how it felt a few weeks/month post-launch?
I swear that it’s gotten harder. The parry timing on the Knights feels off, different from how it used to feel. That first big fight in the forest was brutal, and then the fight in the ruins was the most stressful gaming experience I’ve had in a long time.
Playing on Ultra Violence, doing okay, but dang, the amount of mancubi, Revenants and big Imps they throw at you at once; that shit’s gonna put me into a home before I’m 40 😅
Any advice on ways to kill the Mancs quicker? My current go-to is to stun with a shield saw and just blast with the super shotty whilst flanking, but when there’s more than one it’s just ass-fuck city withmy back turned 🤣
